KL does not like donut
I am so overwhelmed by the feeling of being in KL this morning. In a shitty way that is. I drove to work with a load of 80kg boxes in my boot and was planning to send it by post. While driving to work, my body felt weird like it was so stuffed that I couldn’t breathe. I thought it could be heart burn, but I don’t even know how does a heart burn feels. Or was it this tight top I am wearing? I got panicky and my first reaction was to text the boyfriend to enroll us to gym.
I got to the post office in front of the office and wanted to unload the damn boxes. It is to non of my doing I have to take care of the boxes and get them out of the car and ship them back to Kuching. You know when you are unhappy to do something, it just does not get any better in finishing the job. After inquiring on the details of posting the boxes, the post office told me that there is a maximum of 20 kg per box allowed. Sigh. I got to break them down into smaller boxes and find a kind soul to help me lift them from the car.
But being KL people and not in Kuching (where everyone is much more helpful), no one from the post office. I was very close to asking help from people on the street but thought twice. So I was back to square one with the boxes still in the car, weighing down my car. Grrr..
I decided to send the boxes tomorrow. I went in to the office parking lot and could not find a single parking space. God knows how many times I went round each floors and every space was either reserved or taken. The thing that fumed me most is the reserved lots are always empty. Always.
I went ahead to park at one of the reserved parking space and suddenly a guy from DB freaking KL tells me it’s reserved. Yeah I can read mofo’ but what is the point of hogging all the space and not using it! I was thinking whether to be a b*tch and park there or move my car. I decided to move it so round and round the car park I went again until the only way to get a damn space is to send my car for washing. And my car is nearly clean.
Shitty morning.
To add on it, my mom wants me to check the JPA portal for pensioners. Easily called http://www.jpapencen.gov.my/. The portal lived up to its name. It took 10 minutes to load a page. Portal pencen. Speed also pencen.

Shamu's cousins
I am in Kuching for the week. I want to do something that i have never done before which is dolphin-watching. I think less than 3% of the Malaysia population knew that there are dolphins right here in Kuching. They can be seen around the Santubong river mouth and sometimes from the Santubong bridge. It is merely a 30 minutes drive from the city.
They are not your typical Sea World jumping dolphins. It is smaller than their American or elsewhere cousins. After all, the Irawadee dolphins are Asians. Hence, smaller (no pun intended). The dolphins found here are called Irawadee dolphins as they were first found in the Irawadee River in Myanmar.
I just called the travel agents that would finally make my dream to see them up close and wham! RM150 per person is the price.
As much as I think this is rare but paying that much is not worth it. Even after giving my best Sarawak accent, I did not get a 'local' rate. But I am so eager to go. It would be a nice treat to bring daddy tomorrow. I just hope he doesn't get heat-stroke.
